	Aug 4	BHSC Alumni BBQ	Baiting Hollow Scout Camp, Baiting Hollow 3:00pm	NESA Members and BHSC Staff Alumni gather to share past experiences and see how camp has been progressing.
	Oct 12-14	Council Camporee	Baiting Hollow Scout Camp, Baiting Hollow	NESA and the OA will be staffing the information booth. EZ-Up tents, signage, NESA Promotional trinkets needed. Volunteers are needed to staff the tent (minimum 8 at all operating times). Reponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lost & Found (including people), directions, maps, recruiting to NESA, liason to camp organizers, and camp site information for troops and visitors.

Recognition> We need all the help we can get here, there are many Eagle Cermonies that do not have NESA representisation. A NESA represtitive presents the Eagle Council Strip and Recognition Plaque. Presenters are needed if you can help contact Harry Burger - harry(at)ndrc(dot)com (631.563.8000x104), your presence is a show of support and will be appreciated. Check back often new cermonies are posted when we receive invitations.
